With one hour's notice prior to each scheduled tour, every effort will be made by our company to offer a free pickup service to our main starting point, The Palmer House, from all downtown and near north hotels. This service is subject to 'Available Equipment' and must be confirmed with passengers' agent at the downtown or near north hotel/motel or depot. If equipment is not available passengers must obtain their own means of transportation to our starting point. Every effort will also be made to provide return service to passengers who were offered pickup service. This service will also be on an 'Available Equipment Basis' within one hour following the completion of each tour. If equipment is not available, passengers will find their own way back to their original pickup point. The company will not be responsible for any costs involved with transportation to and from our terminal for any scheduled tours.
General Information
ALL TOURS operate on Chicago Daylight Savings Time when in effect (one hour ahead of Central Standard Time) excluding New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. CHILDREN under five years of age and not occupying a seat to the exclusion of other passengers are carried free. CHICAGO SIGHTSEEING COMPANY INC D/B/A AMERICAN SIGHTSEEING TOURS CHICAGO reserves the right to cancel or change any tour schedules, and to cancel or substitute stops on any tour without notice, and to use equipment of affiliated companies if necessary. PAYMENT in U.S. Currency or travelers Checks ONLY.
